Women's Health Physiotherapist
Emma is a Women’s Health Physiotherapist with a strong passion for supporting women through every stage of life, from pregnancy and postnatal recovery to pelvic health and longer-term wellbeing. She holds an undergraduate degree in Sports Science and a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, alongside specialist postgraduate training in women’s health physiotherapy, including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and Mummy MOT assessment.
Emma has a particular interest in pregnancy and postnatal rehabilitation, including pelvic floor recovery, abdominal wall rehabilitation and supporting women in returning to exercise safely and confidently after childbirth. She also has a growing specialist interest in chronic pelvic pain and endometriosis, combining evidence-based care with a thoughtful, highly individualised approach that helps women better understand their bodies and symptoms.
Her passion for women’s health began early in her career while working as a fitness instructor in a women-only gym, where she saw first-hand the powerful role movement, education and confidence-building can play in women’s health and wellbeing. Known for her warm and supportive approach, Emma is committed to helping women feel stronger, more informed and more confident in their recovery and long-term health.
Outside of work Emma loves travelling and just completed a 6 month trip around the world! She also enjoys running marathons, ultra marathons and the gym.
