Isabelle is a highly experienced Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with over 20 years of clinical experience across musculoskeletal and pelvic health physiotherapy. After seven years working as a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist, she has spent the past 13 years focusing exclusively on pelvic health, developing advanced expertise in the assessment and treatment of complex pelvic health conditions in both men and women.
She holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiology, an MSc in Physiotherapy, and an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice in Pelvic Health, alongside additional training in acupuncture. Alongside her role at Mint Wellbeing, Isabelle is the Service and Clinical Lead for Pelvic Health at St George’s Hospital, where she leads specialist pelvic health services and supports the development of the wider clinical team, reflecting her senior leadership and expertise in this specialist field.
Isabelle has a particular interest in pre and postnatal rehabilitation, urogynaecological conditions, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction and men’s pelvic health. Known for her calm, expert and holistic approach, she helps patients better understand their symptoms while creating highly individualised treatment plans that support long-term recovery, confidence and quality of life. She is passionate about improving awareness of pelvic health and empowering people to feel stronger, more informed and more in control of their health.
