Clinical Manager & Senior Physiotherapist
Anita is Mint Wellbeing’s Clinical Manager and a highly experienced Senior Physiotherapist with a background spanning elite sport, the NHS and private practice. She holds a BSc in Physiotherapy, an MSc in Sport and Exercise Medicine, and has additional training in acupuncture. Her experience working with organisations including England Netball, England Hockey, England Rugby, the LTA and the English Institute of Sport has given her extensive expertise in high-performance rehabilitation, complex injury management and helping people return to activity with confidence.
She has a particular interest in knee pain, ACL rehabilitation, hip and ankle injuries, osteoarthritis and tennis-related injuries. She also works with complex poly-trauma clients helping them restore function. Anita combines evidence-based rehabilitation with hands-on treatment, clinical expertise and clear guidance. She tailors treatment to each individual’s goals, whether that is returning to sport, recovering from injury or moving more confidently in everyday life.
As Clinical Manager, Anita also plays a key role in maintaining Mint’s exceptional clinical standards and supporting the wider team in delivering outstanding patient care. Outside of work, she enjoys running, netball, tennis, skiing and spending time with her young family. A keen adventurer, one of her favourite experiences has been trekking through Patagonia, Argentina.
