Jenny is a highly experienced Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with over 18 years of clinical experience across the NHS and private practice. For the past decade, she has specialised exclusively in pelvic health physiotherapy, supported by extensive postgraduate training and advanced clinical expertise in this specialist field, helping both men and women with complex pelvic health concerns through expert, evidence-based care.
Jenny specialises in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of pelvic health conditions, including bladder and bowel dysfunction, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, overactive bladder, bladder pain syndrome, pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction and sexual health concerns. She also works with men experiencing pelvic pain, bladder or bowel symptoms, and pelvic floor dysfunction. Her specialist skillset includes pessary fitting and the use of advanced technologies such as real-time ultrasound and biofeedback to support detailed assessment, guide rehabilitation and optimise patient outcomes.
Known for her calm, compassionate and highly individualised approach, Jenny helps patients better understand their symptoms while creating practical rehabilitation plans tailored to their goals, lifestyle and long-term wellbeing. She is passionate about helping people regain confidence, reduce symptoms and return to daily life feeling stronger and more in control in what can often be a sensitive and deeply personal area of healthcare.
Outside the clinic, Jenny is a busy mum of three young children and enjoys netball, running and travelling whenever she can fit it in!
