Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner
Roshni is a highly experienced Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner with over 12 years of experience across both the NHS and private practice, specialising in musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and sports injury rehabilitation. She holds a BSc in Physiotherapy, an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice (Musculoskeletal Pathway), and has additional qualifications as an APPI Pilates Instructor, in shockwave therapy, and landmark-guided injection therapy. Alongside her role at Mint, Roshni works at an advanced clinical level as a First Contact Practitioner and Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner, bringing extensive expertise in complex musculoskeletal assessment, diagnosis and evidence-based rehabilitation.
Roshni has a particular interest in sports injuries, tendinopathies, post-surgical rehabilitation, osteoarthritis management, spinal conditions, lower limb injuries and complex knee rehabilitation, including ACL injuries. She has extensive experience supporting active individuals across a wide range of sports, including running, weightlifting, golf, tennis and padel. Her approach combines expert clinical reasoning, hands-on treatment and progressive rehabilitation, working closely with orthopaedic consultants, GPs and strength and conditioning professionals to deliver joined-up, patient-centred care.
Passionate about movement in all forms, Roshni enjoys weight training, Pilates, long walks, hiking, and the occasional run or cycle. Outside the clinic, she also loves cooking and experimenting with recipes from around the world. A fun fact? She has appeared on BBC One’s The One Show, discussing musculoskeletal pain associated with modern technology use.
