What our patients say
I saw Amy for physio after shoulder surgery, and she was amazing! Amy tailored each session and genuinely cared throughout my recovery. The clinic itself was excellent. It was really comfortable, well-equipped, and welcoming.
Jay Barclay
This place is excellent! I’ve been doing post natal rehab and return to strength here for last 4 months and it’s just a fantastic place. Candice who trains the mum and baby restore classes is excellent!

Amy has worked at some of London’s leading hospitals, including the prestigious Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH-Stanmore) and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (St Mary’s and Charing Cross Hospitals).
Since starting the clinic, Amy has ensured that Mint Wellbeing has built an exceptional reputation in every service it offers including Physiotherapy, Injury Rehabilitation, Women’s Health, Paediatrics and ancilliary services. She has a highly skilled and experienced team who are able to deliver the best treatments in their field of expertise.
Getting you back to what you love
The ethos of Mint Wellbeing is always making sure the treatments we deliver are evidence based. We have an open culture of sharing knowledge, supporting each other and critically appraising the care we deliver. This allows us to keep your recovery on track no matter how complex your injury or condition.
We also work very closely with a large and trusted network of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Sports Doctors and Rheumatologists and Gynaecologists and Bladder Specialists. Having an MDT approach to your care means quick access to the expert you may need to see to assess your injury or condition, and quickly progress to a programme of treatment.
